At Senzera Skin, there are many ways to book an appointment. Most appointments require a prior consultation. Online on our website, therefore, only consultation appointments can be booked for these treatments, not the treatments themselves. However, selected cosmetic treatments can be booked directly online. Online-Booking is available at any time of the day or night and is the fast and convenient alternative to making an appointment by phone.

What are the current issues regarding Corona?
We look forward to seeing you again in person – of course with the appropriate distance and our increased safety and hygiene measures.
For your treatments with us in the studio, the corona rules under incidence 100 for body-related services in NRW apply. This means that only for treatments where you have to take off your mouthguard a negative coronate result, which is maximum 48h old, has to be shown. A rapid antigen test is sufficient, of course a PCR test result is also valid. An own rapid test or even a rapid test on site in our studio is unfortunately no longer allowed.
If you are already fully vaccinated or recovered, you do not have to show a current negative coronate result. In this case we are required to check the following from you:
Vaccinated: vaccination certificate with 2 complete vaccinations and then 14 days waiting period (only for vaccination with Johnson&Johnson only 1 vaccination is necessary, designation in the vaccination certificate with Janssen).
Convalescents: proof of a positive PCR-test, at least 28 days and maximum six months ago.
Furthermore, we ask you to wear a FFP2 mask or alternatively a so-called surgical mask for the treatment or for the stay in our studio.
Are there any contraindications associated with Covid-19 vaccination?
Due to the Corona pandemic, there are more and more people who have undergone Covid 19 vaccination. According to the latest findings, Covid 19 vaccination is not a contraindication for dermal filler treatments with hyaluronic acid. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that treatment with dermal fillers should be suspended at least 2 weeks before and 2-6 weeks after vaccination (depending on the vaccination reaction).

Yes, you can. If you have already booked appointments online with Senzera waxing&beauty, you can also log in to Senzera Skin online booking with your existing login data.
Where can I find the prices for the treatments?
You can access our prices on our website via the menu item Prices. Please note that our prices are indicative and may need to be adjusted to your individual circumstances.
What are the contraindications?
Contraindications are very individual and depend on which treatment you want to book. To be able to exclude contraindications, a detailed consultation will be held with you before the treatment. This is always free of charge and you can conveniently book online via our website.
Is there an age restriction on the treatments?
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a treatment at Senzera Skin. Selected cosmetic treatments are possible when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I pay by credit card?
At Senzera Skin you can conveniently pay by credit card. Alternatively, cash payment or payment by EC card is possible.
Can I use my Senzera waxing&beauty S-card?
You can now also use your Senzera waxing&beauty S-Card at Senzera Skin. You will also receive attractive prices compared to the normal price. You can see our prices here.
Are there gift cards available for purchase?
In our Senzera Skin Studio in Cologne and Düsseldorf you can buy gift vouchers. You can determine the value of the voucher yourself and it is not linked to any specific treatment.
